We require a non refundable deposit of £10 per person for every booking. Booking online we require your deposit within 1 hour through our payment link at checkout.
LARGE BOOKINGS over 10 please call our telephone number is 01484 722533. This is our only number which we take payment over the phone from.
deposits & food order are needed upon booking. If payment hasn't been made your booking will be CANCELLED.
Payment is to be taken before your brunch starts
Your 90 minutes start from your first drink
Drinks will be refilled when previous drinks are finished
When asked to vacate, please do so to allow staff to clean down for next bookings
Staff reserve the right to refuse service, if you appear drunk, become abusive or no ID
Please be patient & respectful

Management reserve the right to withdraw/change offers/prices
We will decline your booking if you have not stated a FULL food order for your party. Our brunch food menu is on our website under 'View Our Brunch Food Menu'
We will confirm your food order over the phone as we take your deposit
Once we have confirmed your reservation you will receive a email.
You can manage your reservation when you click on the link.
If your booking was cancelled the reason for cancelling will be in your emails.

If you are not in attendance when your brunch is starting deposits will be taken. Our wait time is 10 minutes. If you arrive after 10 minutes, the time you arrive will be deducted from your 90 minutes.
